1. Production Staff (Multiple Positions)
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in sewing, cutting, or related field preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Quick learner with willingness to adapt to new procedures and technologies
* No previous experience required for entry-level positions
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the production process, including cutting, sewing, pressing, and packaging neckties
* Follow established quality control guidelines to ensure consistent product standards
* Keep work area clean and organized

1. Quality Control Inspector (One Position)
Requirements:
