Make sure that both pieces are even with each other at chest level before proceeding to step 7.

7、Take both pieces of rope in front of you (the two ends that were just pulled over your hands), cross them over each other diagonally so that they meet in front of you in the middle near where they initially crossed. This will create another "U" shape with one short piece coming out from under each arm and one long piece coming out from behind you at chest level as well as on top of your head above your left ear where it was originally hung when you began tying it in step 1.

8、Take one long piece (which was originally on top of your head) and pull it back towards yourself until it reaches around your neckline and sits comfortably against your chest while keeping its length consistent with the other ropes in front of you at chest level. Repeat this process on the other side by taking another long piece (which was originally beneath you) and pulling it back towards yourself until it sits comfortably against your chest while keeping its length consistent with the other ropes in front of you at chest level as well as on top of your head above your right ear where it was originally hung when you began tying it in step 1.

9、Take one long piece from behind you (which was originally on top of your head) and pull it up towards yourself until it reaches around your neckline and sits comfortably against your chest while keeping its length consistent with the other ropes in front of you at chest level as well as on top of both arms above your shoulders where they were originally hung when you began tying it in step 1.
