From that day on, he always took great care in choosing his ties and tying them properly. His friends and family noticed the difference and often commented on how much better he looked.
One day, while walking through the forest again, Fred stumbled upon an old, wise owl one more time. The owl said, "Fred, you look great! I can see that you've put a lot of effort into learning how to tie your ties properly." Fred replied, "Yes, owl, I have. It was worth taking the time to learn."
The owl nodded and said, "That's good to hear. Remember, looking your best is important, but so is feeling your best. Take care of yourself and enjoy life." Fred said, "Thank you, owl. I will." From that day on, Fred not only looked his best but felt his best too. He knew that he had taken the time to invest in himself and it showed in every aspect of his life.
