Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years old
* High school diploma or equivalent

* Familiarity with computer software (Word, Excel) preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the production process of various types of ties, including design, cutting, knotting, and finishing
* Ensure the adherence to quality standards and company policies during the production process
* Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment and machinery
* Help maintain a clean and organized working environment
* Collaborate with other employees to achieve daily production goals and objectives
